Before buying a coat from our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us directly; we are always available to talk or return a call or email. Our sales and creation team are happy to assist with any questions or custom orders not on the website.
- All of our items are handmade and one of a kind.
- We will not accept returns on custom made products unless the mistake is ours.
- For regular returns, please contact us for approval. In general, all sales are final. Exceptions are subject to approval.
- Damaged shipments- if your order has arrived damaged in any way, please report it immediately. We will work with you to either fix or replace the item.
