We ship various methods but most commonly USPS Priority. This is up to our discretion.
Orders ship within 3-5 business days.
Once shipped, transit times are out of our control. USPS Priority is typically 2-4 days nationwide, but delays may occur.
All shipments are insured and tracked. We will provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to populate information.
Lost/Damaged Shipments: please report suspected lost or damaged shipments immediately. Damaged product will either be fixed or replaced to the best of our ability. As our items are one-of-a-kind lost shipments will be dealt with on a case by case basis for replacement.
